Well, everything has been listed above, I will add. If you only need a drawn diagram for a test or exam, read above. If you really need a base, then it’s better to create it first, and then get the schema (so as not to do double work). You didn't write what DBMS you use, but I use Valentina Studio for such purposes. It allows you to use everything you listed except MongoDB, but you can probably use it through ODBC.
