It is necessary that C# 6 be compiled, built into .NET 4.6 (Windows 10), in place of the old compiler in the .NET folder
The option to download Visual Studio is not suitable.
I downloaded Microsoft Build Tools 2015 from here:

There is a compiler and msbuild, but everything remains the same, only C# 5 is compiled.
Where can I get csc2. exe?

Старый компилятор не поддерживает C# 6, нужен Roslyn (csc2.exe) А разве в .NET 4.6 его нет?
