Where can I download ready-made Linux virtual machines from Mediawiki?

Far from Linux, and mediawiki under IIS shows itself as something slow. I would be glad to save time by downloading an image of some Linux in which the engine would be deployed (so that Linux itself would not be touched at all, only administer the wiki engine). Does it happen?

Why do you need Linux right away, if instead of IIS you can put the same apache on Windows?
