Where can I download Bonobo Git Server with Windows Server 2003 support?

Good day. I need a free Git server for Windows Server 2003, I found Bonobo Git Server 2003, but version 1.1.0 that supports the desired OS configuration is nowhere to be downloaded.
Maybe someone has the version I need, or is there something similar?

I can offer an option - GitLab.

I didn't check it myself.
However, there is still an option to run through Docker, well, or some kind of virtual machine (like VirtualBox running vagrant) and this is a completely working option.
There are many more options besides GitLab, but among the free ones, this is one of the most popular.
