Where can I download an archive with "communication" of people?
you need anonymized correspondence of users, private messages or posts on forums.
with a chronology, so that you can recreate dialogues from these posts, but so that more
topics are in principle not important, information about users too.
When I try to google, nothing comes up.
in principle, I can parse a dozen of some open forums, but if you can download a ready-made one somewhere, that would be cool!

Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
freenode logs
you can also google jabber logs and some dumps icq
filetype: archives (rar, gz, etc.) and sql, db, txt extension
sites with logs according to scammer, ripper, scammer, black list
like:
kidala.info/kidala_ripper_62 .shtml
You can search for dumps of messages from Twitter, in my opinion, some universities were given a complete history of tweets for study (although this is not exactly correspondence). And so parsing several branches of the forum seems to me the most realistic option.
