Where can I combine several repositories into one folder?

I have projects that have different repositories but the same name.
for example Project 1 contains repositories:
BOOT
HTML
AVTO
Project 2 contains repositories:
BOOT
HTML
AVTO

I really like this structure, and I don’t want to make any prefix for each
repository they were stored locally).

I thought the "projects" function would help me in bitbucket, but alas, in one workspace you cannot create repositories with the same names, even if you put them in different projects.

Is it possible to do this in gitlab or github ?
