Where can I cluster ~400k queries?

Colleagues, tell me Normal service, where you can cluster semantics for ~ 400k requests (Russia). From the search, I tested about 10 different services and they all have problems, the grouping is so terrible and illogical. More or less _ https://be1.ru/grupirovka-zaprosov/ but there are no cluster headers here, but only "group 1", etc. and a limiter of 500 pieces, but this is logical, the service is free. I tried it with a collector, for a long time, tediously, and as a result, the computer hung tightly - the result is 0 (apparently it's time to change the car). I've read about serpstat, but they don't even let you test it, and paying for a pig in a poke is not an option.
I'm not just looking for a free option, let it be better paid, but adequately working and with a lot of money.
