Where can I buy a license for the CTI Toolkit?

There is a test project that throws an exception :

prairieFyre.CallControl.Toolkit.LicenseExcception: Not licensed
at prairieFyre.CallControl.Toolkit.DeviceManager.ConnectionToServer<String address, Int32 port, String username, String password)

I can't find any documentation about the CTI Toolkit and about the prairieFyre.CallControl.Toolkit.dll library. I do
n't see where I can buy a license for this CTI Toolkit on the prairieFyre website.
