Where can a small studio fix bugs, problems and successful solutions found?

It is necessary to write the essence of the problem and what solution was found. Basically, you need to fix jambs / successful solutions in scripts and layout. So far I am writing everything in a .md file, but it is growing and I am forced to look for a solution that would allow me to organize everything on the domain, preferably with a search. I thought that in terms of structure it turns out like a support ticket or a bug report.
Maybe it makes sense to dig in this direction? Tell me please.
