Where can a Scuda client get time from?

Hello comrades!
On the scad client (windows 7 is connected directly via LAN), the time is in a hurry for 6 hours (in Moscow + 12), while on the computer and server (windows server 2012 R2) the time is correct.
The total time on the skud is correct, but the data recording time on the objects is not.
Where can the wrong date come from?

If anyone is interested, the time zone on the server has gone, but the time remains the same. Scada on the client receives data on the belt and finds the time on its own OS. The server on which the scuda could not contact the time server.
