Where can a novice developer go to work remotely?

First year student. Prior to that, while still a schoolboy, I learned the syntax of C++, FASM, JS, PHP, Python, layout and css. I tried to work as a freelancer, but for some reason I can’t even understand what exactly the customer wants ... I want to start gaining experience in practice, but I live and study in Sergiev Posad, and there is nowhere to get a part-time job, and more and beginner. It's an hour and a half drive to Moscow (you don't have much time) + 100 rubles only to Moscow itself. There is only one way out - remote work via the Internet. But beginners are taken only to the office ... How to be?
I understand that this is a more social issue and it is unlikely to have a place here, but maybe someone here has an experience of getting out of a similar situation.

First-year student
So you are 16-17 years old? Okay. And then we have rockets falling, senior programmers at the age of 20, and in general "education in Russia is bad! They didn't teach anything! Here in the USA!" By the way, in the US, full-time students are not allowed to work off campus. Land of innovation, damn it. Carmacks are 16 years old with knowledge of "syntax". Oh my god...
novice developer is not yesterday's student of a secondary school, but a person with a solid theoretical background, but without experience.

Early, learn a couple of years. Of course, you shouldn’t be stupid until the end of the university - but for now, take the time to study.

IMHO, if you don’t understand what the customer wants in freelancing, then it’s hard in any other place.
No offense, but you need to develop communication skills.
I always tried to get a normal technical specification from the customer. If not, he changed the customer, freelance.
But I myself also wanted something permanent, and finally found a remote job for a junior. And for juniors there are remote vacancies. It's worth just looking.

Find yourself a partner manager.
One looks for and leads orders, the second fulfills, share the money.

I speak as a student who has gone from a freelancer to a full-time office developer ...
You need to go freelancing ( freelancim.ru did not find anything better from domestic ones), gain experience. If you work 8 hours a day, without being distracted by nonsense, then you can have a good income even by metropolitan standards. After a couple of months, you stop looking for clients - they themselves begin to write to you regularly. The main thing in everything in this is to record really done projects and work so that there is something to show to a future employer (select a separate folder on FTP with a bunch of backups and merge everything there!) ... And in six months you can get a job in some small company (aka startup). If you manage to cope and the company is normal, they will find options for remote work ... Otherwise, look for another job. Good luck!

Working remotely in the first place of work is very difficult due to the lack of experience, which is best obtained through personal communication with professionals. The best option is to look for an office job in a large IT company, possibly part-time. From my own experience, I can say that if you are lucky with colleagues, you can get more experience in a year or two of work in such a company than at the institute for the entire time of study.
Again, it’s better not to freelance if you don’t have experience, because. there are no people around who can tell you how to do it right.
This is all relevant only if it is really interesting to develop in this direction.

Why no one gave advice in terms of development "for acquaintances".
Let's just say - fewer obligations, no need to go anywhere. In addition, some initial experience, but it will be.
As a last resort. Take any site and make a copy, for example, of the same toaster. Then there will be something to show in the resume.

Make a portfolio so that you have something to show, and place an ad on free boards, mention in the ad that you are only looking for remote work, also pick up requests for IT services on Avito either in the region or in Russia. www.avito.ru/rossiya/zaprosy_na_uslugi/it_internet...
Dare and everything will work out your trend is good, in Russia there are not enough techies practitioners

I think it's worth joining a freelancer friend and helping him implement simple subtasks. And so you gradually get involved. Communication and programming skills are key here, of course.

Here on these exchanges there are sections of vacancies: www.free-lancing.ru and https://freelance.ru
Don't forget the neighboring freelansim.ru
And of course https://www.freelancer.com and https://www.odesk .com

I agree, some
good advice has been given here. You need to learn first, and then move on to more serious things. But you still have to start from the smallest. You can search on large exchanges freelansim.ru
or from newly growing companies, offers.
Here you don’t have to go far, as for me you just need to find out where others go and follow the beaten path. In one of the articles so4net.com/index.php/ru/blog/51-job at the end of "Make money on knowledge of a programming language" recommendations are given. I think they are typical for most people.

Ask for a thread open-source project. If there is not enough experience as a developer, then it is possible for a tester, at the very least, to delve into the subject and get involved. And in parallel - to pull up programming. Now remote work is developing, and not only developers can work remotely.
The main thing is not to drive / overload yourself, otherwise after the first week the primary fuse will go out, and there will be a desire to score on everything.
