Where can a newbie find company?

I have been studying python programming for about three to four months, while I am reading a book on discrete mathematics and algorithms, I mainly solve problems on stepik and codewars. But I have a feeling that I am standing still, in fact there is no practice, I think it might be better to find a company of like-minded people to try to do something in the team, to realize that where why, but where to find it?

find a group of like-minded people

people who also read this book?
why team? Do something yourself. I don't see a problem. Lack of knowledge is a problem, lack of intelligence is a problem, lack of time is a problem. Not having a team is not a problem at all. We take and write.
As I understand it, you need a mentor, because your knowledge is so weak that you don’t even know how to start. But then how can a team of the same kind help you? Or are you planning to find a team of experienced developers who, for some reason, will want to explain to you during the project how it works? You think that there are people who know the language and sit and think about what to do in the company of a beginner - there are none. You can get a job as an intern for food somewhere and gain experience. This is real, but what you have in mind is a utopia.

The most valuable experience is the creation of projects. Think about what kind of program you would like to write in python. Next, start doing it.
Then you just try to achieve the goal, so this experience comes.
