Where can a junior get experience with node.js?

I study backing and at the same time my soul does not lie with either .NET or Java, because of this I started my journey with PHP. So far, everything is more or less satisfactory, but the more I read additionally (outside the academic literature), the stronger the feeling arises that the choice may turn out to be somewhat rash. One way or another, I will continue to study PHP, but at the same time, I increasingly feel that I am drawn to Noda. Tell me, what is the usual path of NodJS junior? Do companies want to get involved with juniors (Feels like absolutely not)? Or is it still a useless exercise and you need to get real combat experience on commercial PHP / JS projects and then move on to the middle position of Noda? Yes, this is a naive and far-reaching question, but it always seemed to me that it is better to overdo it than not do it.

Who said, that?

Feelings - Absolutely not.

To get a job as middle node.js, you need to work with node.js. In most cases, juniors will differ from middle in their experience with technology. If you become a middle php developer, you can apply for a position, albeit a strong one, but for node.
If you want to write on node, write on node. There is no point in "entering one language through another".
