Where are twig files edited via admin: Design -> Template Editor stored?

Dear experts, please indicate where the edited twig files are stored? Those are the ones in history.
We cleared the cache and the necessary changes disappeared ...
Restoring the site from backup did not fix the situation (
opencart version 3.0.2.0.
