Who can recommend really good paid Yii Framework courses in St. Petersburg?
I started to study it myself, but I would like to fall into the hands of a competent teacher in order to systematize knowledge.

There are no Yii courses in St. Petersburg. Exactly because they are not needed. The difference between rails and Yii is that rails is the only way to actually write in rabbi for the web, and php is initially sharpened for the web. Personally, I don’t understand why you need to study Yii deeply without really knowing php, and knowing really php, learning yii will not be difficult without courses and all that. You can also come up with a dozen courses right off the bat: development on symphony, development on kohan, development on drupal, creating modules for wordpress, and many, many more. As you learn php, you will understand that there is no point in the course on yii. More than enough documentation.

Do you need PHP courses? To pull up knowledge, so to speak, in general and OOP in particular. At worst, buy a book. Survived ... Well, this is not RoR.
