Where are the .xpi files located?

See about:profiles for the path to the profile. In the profile folder in extensions are installed xpi

The answer depends on which XPIs are meant.

1. extensionsIf we are talking about browser extensions - then in the profile directory
   
2. If we are talking about the modules of the browser itself, then in the directories featuresof the browser itself and the profile
