Where are the quote settings in WebStorm?
When adding components, modules, and so on, WebStorm automatically adds imports in double quotes, and tslint is set to single quotes. Where to fix it?

Settings → Editor → Code style → (language, in your case typescript) → Punctuation → Use [single] quotes [in new code].
