Where are the public libraries with programming books in Moscow?
Preferably with fresh books, are there any? Or is it better to buy? If yes, where is better?

If you buy, then probably ozone or amazon)
If a library, then I advise the Russian State Library for Youth . There is a room with computer literature and fresh periodicals, and in general an interesting place
