Where are the files to deploy the game server?

For the first time I decided to build my own game server. I settled on the Chinese MMORPG Jade Dynasty .
There is an official server in Russia, it is supported by Mail.ru, but the mail is clearly not keeping up with the update of the Chinese developers (or has completely abandoned this idea).
How can I get a fresh server and client, with the possibility of constantly updating both?

As far as I know, pirates are essentially reverse-emulation of off-server. those. harsh men sit and study how the traffic behaves between off-client and server, disassemble the client. and on the basis of these data they make a pirate. which usually works quite crookedly. those who want their own server buy it and start finishing it. add missing quests, gear, features, etc. so it's unlikely to keep up with the off-server
