Where are the bitrix component parameter settings?

I set up a component for a directory, and accidentally forgot to put a bracket in the main parameters of the section ID (or put an extra one). As a result, the entire site went down. on all pages:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}', expecting ')' in /home/bitrix/www/index.php on line 178

Therefore, I cannot go back to the component parameters and fix the error. Can you tell me if these parameters are somewhere in the code? The admin is working.

Certainly.
At you even in an error it is written where:/index.php
Go to the admin panel. Settings, content, site structure, files and folders.

Open the file as PHP and fix the code.
And in general, changing the parameters of a component is better by changing the code and preferably by the editor.
