I think it will be useful to many.

There are also collective twitter accounts. Not chats, of course (although backends have a chat), but also an interesting initiative (every week a new developer manages the account and shares his experience).

For golang: registration here ( 4gophers.ru/slack) , slack itself here ( https://golang-ru.slack.com/).
Now there are just over 700 people there.

Not for chats.
And if I go to chat rooms, it's not for work.
I answer on the forums. For example here and here .
