If you restart the client, everything returns to normal for half an hour. Maybe there is something in Mikrotik that breaks the video stream?
The registrar manufacturer checks the trace channel. thus:
ping 1.2.3.4 -t -l 5000
ping 1.2.3.4 -t -l 10000
In both cases there are losses: up to 5% at 5000 and up to 15% at 10000.
A simple ping goes fine, no more than 35ms in time.
The speed is 60Mbps.
