Where are installed VS Code extensions located?

I need to find where the C++ Themes extension is located in VS Code in order to create my theme based on Dark (Visual Studio - C/C++). Does anyone know where to look.

(if we talk about Windows 10 and default installation), then here: C:\Users\username\.vscode\extensions\
