Where are free visual editors for news on a self-written site?

I want to implement Blog/News on a self-written site. Accordingly, in order not to manually prescribe styles for each news, I am looking for a visual editor. As I understood while searching - WYSIWYG is not quite what I need.
And I need something like the following module (Preferably even without PHP / Mysql, I would add it to the database myself).
1) The first field in which we write the news, with pictures, etc., as on a toaster, for example, we add a question.
2) The second field is a preview in a ready-made form.
