Where are foreign customers usually found? (portals, resources) Who, where, what experience?

I find it calmly and quickly on specific resources:
- Laravel Jobs
- WordPress / Drupal Jobs
Directly without any intermediary parasites and Upworks.
But keep in mind that Europeans and Americans are perfectionists of the highest class. Very demanding and meticulous. Russians, too, sometimes go off scale with perfectionism, but they pay at least decently, but these don’t.
