Through the console on the page of my local site I create a cookie. They are created, but somewhere else. I don't know how to access them.
This way I create cookies on other sites on the Internet, and everything works out.
What am I doing wrong? How to create cookies on a local site?

Cookies will not be saved this way. Run your local site on a local server.
