Where are admin panel icons stored in WordPress?

Actually a question in a subject. I'm studying WP 4.9.3, I installed it on a local server, the icons from the admin panel suddenly disappeared. Where should they be located?

This is not Font Awesome. These are native WordPress icons. The font is called dashicons. It lies in wp-includes/fonts

They are pulled through CSS Font Awesome
. Perhaps there is something wrong with your connection or localhost settings.
