Where and how to look for like-minded people to develop a browser game?
Dear community.
I’m afraid I won’t be original, but having decided to implement another browser game project for the world and the first for myself, I came across the fact that it’s impossible to do everything myself. The next insight was that I know critically few people who are ready to take on this project with me.
Question: where and how can you find people who may be interested in participating in the development of a browser game, but at the same time do not have any development budget. There is a domain, hosting and a great desire to bring the idea to life. And we need a front- and backend developer, designer and illustrator.
PS: To get ahead of the talk a little about what I want to get workers for free, I will clarify that the only condition that I am talking about exactly is that I do not have money here and now. All other conditions can be any.

Only domain, hosting and desire? No disdoc, no wireframes, just an idea? If there is at least a one-page pitch, you can already start working. And without it - another projecting.
It is not entirely clear what part of the work you are going to take on.
Without money, it seems to me that the chances of putting together a full team are less than the chances of finding an investor for the project.
The fact that you are ready to pay money in the future does not affect the situation.
But for a complete picture, of course, it is necessary to estimate the size of the project.
Where to look - post on dtf, gamedev - you will see the reaction
First you need to actively promote your game - the idea, promotional materials and all that. Like-minded people are taken either from friends in life, or from friends online (a common theme is that we have been playing for a long time, we decided to do our own and better).
You need to show something, start doing. Programmers usually start their games, and they already have enough money (I mean that a non-junior may well set aside $ 100 - $ 500 monthly for a project, even if in a year - this is already an amount - you can work with an artist for it, get layouts, try out the engine, make a prototype).
Write articles, talk about ideas, rotate in specialized circles (dtf, gamedev.ru and others), comment on other people's projects of a similar topic, it is quite possible that you can unite with other people of the same
A similar question literally today was: How to find an iOS developer to create a game?
Off-topic: A
browser-based game based on Canvas or WebGL technologies is still far from perfect even with a good idea...
Grab Unity (or any native 3D engine) and go.
