Where and how to learn python and discord.py?

I have been asking this question for a long time, because I have long (probably) bothered my friends with stupid questions about discord.py and python itself. I tried to make bots myself and learn python, but nothing works. Perhaps it will become easier if I study not alone, but in a group? What do you advise?

@MrShandy

Now fashion has gone to learn how to develop bots (VK, Telegram, Discord) without even knowing the basic syntax of Python. This path leads to a dead end. Here every day they are asked to write a method, a function, a piece of code (and sometimes a whole bot) for them. There are generally repulsed drug addicts here, they will accumulate code from all over the Internet and put it all into one file (I often see one to one code from telebot, pyowm examples and several other libraries copied into one bot file. And these individuals don’t even understand a single line that makes code, and asks questions - Why is my bot not working) There are 2 ways out:
1) Or learn python (syntax, standard library - not all, but the most necessary methods). Learning to read library documentation.
2) Use "constructors" of bots without programming. True, hardly aphids can do something normal. And it is not known how long such a bot will work.
My verdict is if you want to write discord bots (or for other things) - forget about bots for at least half a year, and read Lutz with practice.
