Where and how to learn Angular?

Hello everyone, I have a problem, I bought a book studying Angular 2 by Pablo Dieleman, but it turned out to be outdated, the examples are not working, there are working examples on the github, but the book is old, so I think it makes little sense to read the book. Now I have a dilemma, where is it better to learn Angular, and is it also better to learn Angular 4 right away? (As far as I understand this is the latest version) Can you tell me where you taught or some courses? Thanks in advance.

Here in Russian, it seems to be updated periodically. But I would recommend documentation . It is quite detailed, but in English.
