When you turn on workstation in whonix, everything hangs. What to do?

There are no problems when connecting to the gateway. And with workstation everything hangs tightly, I can't do anything at all. I am a complete layman, so I can not clarify anything more. What could be the problem, how can it be fixed?
Upd: I tried to add RAM to it in the settings, it still hangs, but the wheel spun at the cursor. But I simply no longer have the opportunity to give her more memory, I only have 4GB and there are 3 of them on it.
