When you turn on the PC, CPU FUN and CPU OVER VOLTAGE appear and the cooler, when working on the CPU, gradually reduces the speed to 0?
Good afternoon! In general, the computer worked well. There were no visible malfunctions.
But, recently, when working on a PC, CPU FUN often began to appear, and when it is seen that the computer is warm, when restarted, CPU OVER VOLTAGE also appears. That is, you can work on a PC, but not for long. CPU OVER VOLTAGE - voltage drop can also be seen in the "Power" section in the BIOS. Only I, as a non-professional, do not understand - where exactly does this drop in volts occur: on the fan, somewhere on the motherboard, on the processor?
The question is - is the cooler with the fan blower faulty or is there already, unambiguously, a malfunction in the motherboard or processor? Is it worth trying to replace the cooler or is it useless and you need to change the motherboard or processor?
Thank you!

You need to look at the temperature of the CPU and the voltage coming from the power supply.
You can look in the BIOS or download AIDA.
