When you try to share a site, for some reason it doesn't display what it should, why?

Hello, there is a site on Bitrix when you try to share a page (using social buttons in the footer)
1) on Facebook , instead of a screen or site logo, the Skype logo is displayed ....
2) and when in VK , is the image of the footer displayed in the pop-up window?
how can this be solved?
