When you switch to an internet.domain, it goes to a local site. How to decide?

I installed the site on hosting, changed the settings in wp-config, changed the addresses in the database from local to Internet domain.
But still such a problem. Please tell me what is the problem.

The WP_SITEURL parameter allows you to temporarily change the URL of a WordPress site. It does not change the value of the database parameter for siteurl, but instead temporarily changes the value.
