When you switch to an internet.domain, it goes to a local site. How to decide?

I installed the site on hosting, changed the settings in wp-config, changed the addresses in the database from local to Internet domain.
But still such a problem. Please tell me what is the problem.

@parotikov

great utility: wp-cli.org/commands/search-replace
And here is a related quote:
file. They are not included in the file by default and will have to be added manually.
To specify the WordPress address and the blog address, use one of two parameters:
define( 'WP_SITEURL', ' example.com/wordpress ' );
define( 'WP_HOME', ' example.com/wordpress ' );
The WP_SITEURL parameter allows you to temporarily change the URL of a WordPress site. It does not change the value of the database parameter for siteurl, but instead temporarily changes the value. In the absence of this setting, WordPress falls back to using the database siteurl setting. The WP_HOME setting works in exactly the same way, allowing you to temporarily change the home value for WordPress. Both options require the full URL, including http://.
