If a page with the php extension is downloaded, it means that the server from which it is downloaded is not configured to work with php files, or it is configured incorrectly.
If index.php is downloaded to try to open absolutely any site, then someone is redirecting you to this page.
Try to specify the resource address in full, for example https://ya.ru. There's a crazy craze in browsers these days, at least for some, if they don't recognize input in the address bar as valid, they think you want to search for that phrase. If the page opened correctly, dig towards the search settings, you have some kind of nonsense there.
Otherwise, try launching a different browser. If this helped, then check the installed extensions in yours, with a high probability it is in them.
If again past, you can once allow this page to be saved, so that later, in downloads, see from which address it was downloaded.
Possible options:
- the address of your grid (most often something like 192.168.X.X is used at home), and then you need to remember what you put on your computer, I usually take down everything that I didn’t put myself, or the purpose of which I don’t understand
- the address of your provider, then this is a reason to contact him for support
- a completely left resource, then look in the list of your software for programs that interfere with traffic, these can be various kinds of proxies, vpn, internet defenders, or just incomprehensible programs, which you did not set. Deal with them in the same way as in the first option, uninstall.
