When you go to another page of the site throws back to the previous one. How to fix?

I made my own site for a discord bot based on a template from some site. It seems that when opening .html files in the browser, everything is fine. However, as soon as I uploaded it to Heroku for a test, when I try to navigate to another page using the navigation bar on the site, the current page simply reloads. How to fix it? It seems like everything is in order in the .html files themselves. I checked again and didn't see anything. And let me tell you, I am a newbie in this field. The site was made on html css and js with php and it is launched on the Ruby framework using the rack module.
