We use oauth authorization on our website.
Recently, on the application edit page, we began to see the following message:
"The application uses an insecure data transfer channel and may stop working after OK.ru switches to a secure connection (HTTPS)"
Question. Does this requirement apply to applications whose purpose is only oauth authorization, and if so, from what date the transition will occur.

No, this does not apply to external applications, because
1) Widgets (including OAUTH) already work via HTTPS 2
) REST API is available via HTTPS and HTTP protocols
