When was the GMAIL received?

The letter was sent from Geneva to St. Petersburg, the heading contains the date and time of receipt of the letter, the question is what time is in the letter I received, which one is in St. Petersburg or in Geneva? and how to find out when it was sent from Geneva. Thank you.

In the right corner of the letter, just below the printer icon, there is an icon in the form of three vertical dots.
There is an item "show original".
There you can view all the headers, among which there is a Date indicating the date of sending * and Received (possibly several) which will be set by the recipient and all intermediate servers. Usually, the time zone is also indicated.
----------------------------
* the date of dispatch is set by the sender, i.e. in theory, they can fake it and then say "oh, our excavator gnawed the cable" or "the mail server was stupid." But usually the letter arrives in a matter of seconds.
