When training neural networks, how to collect the negative part of the dataset?
In the task of detecting an object, you need to collect a dataset with this object and background. The value of 1 or 0 is given at the output of the neural network. Do I understand correctly that absolutely any picture can act as a background and this will not affect the quality in any way? If yes, are there any negative image datasets already?

Wait, the object detection task is not the background extraction task. This is the task of selecting an object.
Solvable and solved by many methods. And there are plenty of solutions.
