When to Learn Frameworks & Preprocessors?
I've been learning HTML/CSS for about 2+ months. I'm practicing. And now the question arose when to start learning frameworks (Bootstrap) and preprocessors (Less). Do you need to know HTML/CSS like a pro before learning it? And in general, what can you advise?

Preprocessors are possible almost immediately (I advise scss), frameworks like bootstrap are not needed from the word at all, unless your goal is shit code. You can peep how this or that thing is implemented in them and implement it yourself, but no more. And it's easier to look at the codepen.
Learn JS. Especially work with DOM.
In general, I recommend taking a free introductory course on codecamp
For months, the age of the chickens is measured, and in training, the progress achieved is the criterion.
Think about it for another 2+ months.
If you are planning to become a layout designer, then LESS and scss should definitely be studied, they are often used. Bootstrap is more of a library than a framework. You should also check out BEM.
Well, then it all depends on which direction you want to develop, Front or Back.
