When the hibernation mode is enabled, the PC turns off for 60 seconds, why?

Good day, I noticed that recently (4 days) my PC has been turning off abnormally long, about 60 seconds,
just out of the blue, usually 15 is enough for it. never once did this mode just turn it off by poke and then turn it on (via the console), apparently it initially stood for like a year and here's the catch, without this mode the PC turns on for a long time (one and a half minutes) and with it it turns off for an abnormally long time, all this happened abruptly, like to treat, where to dig and whether it is necessary to disable hibernation?

Because in hibernation mode, the PC writes the contents of RAM to disk, and when you exit this mode, it reads back.

Because you need to write the contents of RAM to disk.
And your disk is extremely slow, so writing to it takes a long time.

Replace disk with ssd. Hibernation mode is a snapshot of memory to disk with its subsequent recovery.
