I put the theme from the quick installation, and on a clean opencart.
On a quick installation, in the English version of the image of the goods the module has, in the Russian version, they become broken, although they remain available via the link.
With a clean installation, from the start, they are not displayed on the main module in the module.
Although they are in the product card.

Pictures in general are not tied to the language. Node to look at what kind of module is there - maybe there are pictures in the text and you need to specify them in the editor for all languages?

Found a solution? Faced the same story. I noticed that the code does not write img scr but img data-scr. If the date is removed, the picture will be displayed.
