Monetization

When should you start monetizing your site?

Good afternoon. Attendance of my site is only 20-30 uniques per day, the site is not young, I just abandoned it for 3 years, and now I decided to revive it. Should I start monetizing it now or wait? How long to wait (number of visitors)? Will attendance drop if you use advertising and which service to use (adsense or something else)?
Thanks in advance

1. You can start, but it makes little sense
2. For a more or less tangible income from advertising, you need at least 500 visitors
3. If the ad is not very annoying, then most likely it will not sag
4. With such attendance, there are probably no other options other than adsense

Hello. Although enough answers, I'll throw in a few more, do you mind?
>attendance of only 20-30 uniques per day
>for 3 years
This is not enough. So, you have a so-called site trust for PS (almost age). This is an abstract value, do not cling to it too much, but you have it, and this, believe me, is a valuable value.
My advice to you: increase your attendance, there is everything for this.
They write abstract numbers to you - 100 is bad, let's say 500, but 1000 is better. Why not 50 thousand a day? It's easy to write this.
Increase traffic with real methods.
How? Gather a semantic core based on low-frequency keywords (how? In google="low-frequency promotion"), spend time writing new material.
Then read about linking sites. Well, then on to the seoforums, seocafe.info for example, for specifics.
What is the result?
- We spend time writing articles, studying seo, optimizing the blog
- Analyzing ourselves, competitors
- You get an increase in attendance from low frequencies, you can try to convert clicks into cents
- Now you know how to make a real attendance, how to make money on hosting. And you can also throw show-offs, find potential customers. There are many pluses. Cons are obvious.
In a nutshell, yes. Sorry for the rambling answer

I would immediately introduce the main paid features that you are planning to make paid. Simply because if they are free, and in a year they become paid, then people will go to competitors. This is IMHO, but for myself I do just that all the time.

It is best to start monetization with attendance of 500 or more. Here is an article about real earnings in adsense. I completely agree. True, there is one nuance - in Runet, incomes have fallen very much. Therefore, make sites for the English audience

You can start monetization with these services. It doesn’t matter how much traffic it is so that there is no downtime, but then you think:
