When running the Hackintosh High Sierra installer, does Windows 10 start instead of installing the hack?

I did everything exactly according to the guide as shown by the author of this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqB4qB8qTTw&t=161s
Having previously downloaded all the necessary files by clicking on the links from the comment under the video, but when you run the installer, me at 2:40 am my installation on AppleIUSBLegacyRoot hangs

Update:
I solved the problem with AppleUSBLegacyRoot, now it hangs on the error "hackintosh attempting system restart... MACH Reboot". If anyone knows how to solve it I will be glad to help
