When reconnecting to the network, sites do not open. What to do?

I have a USB-modem Internet, the connection periodically disappears and the sites stop opening, but even when the connection is restored, they still do not open (an error immediately pops up, they do not even try to load). Only restarting the computer helps. Restarting your computer every 40 minutes is annoying. What can be done so that when the Internet connection is restored, the sites continue to function?

Have you tried pinging from console 8.8.8.8?
