When placing an application on VKontakte, hashtags are not tagged?

We created an application for VK: the essence places a photo with a hashtag.
Problem: Photos for this hashtag are not found in the search.
That is, all other publications created not from the application with this hashtag are found, and if the hashtag is sent from the application, then they simply are not in the search.
Are there solutions for this issue?

VK support official response:
hashtags created in the application will not be found in the search.
So far, the solution of this problem for VK is not a priority.
Consider when developing applications.
