When loading a Yandex.Metrica counter, a strange watch.js file is loaded. What could it be?

Hello!
We found that strange things happen when loading the Yandex.Metrica counter.
It turned out that when directly downloading the watch.js file from the link mc.yandex.ru/metrika/watch.js, we get the following content (in all browsers (except Opera in Turbo mode), in all computers on the network):

A "normal" file looks something like this:

Viruses are not detected.
Cleaned cache.
The provider assures that nothing can be cached on its side.
Everything is fine in the hosts file.
What could it be? How to treat?
