When launching a document in sublime text 3, an error occurs, what should I do?

when starting any doc, an error pops up Error trying to parse fail: Expected value in Packages\SublimeCodeIntel\Main.sublime-menu:86:27

Disable the SublimeCodeIntel plugin.
Preferences > Package Control > Disable Package
