When is the company name displayed in the address bar on an https connection?

Hello. I have noticed more than once that on some sites with an https connection, a lock is simply displayed in the address bar, while on others, in addition to the lock, the name of the organization is written.

For example, there is just a lock on the sites toster.ru, google.com, etc., when, for example, on github.com, "GitHub, Inc. [US]" is written in the address bar. (At least this is the case in Chrome and Firefox)

I guess it depends on the kind of certificate or server response. If so, it would be interesting to know the technical details, namely which flag is responsible for whether the name of the organization will be displayed in the address bar. Thank you!
