When integrating 1C UT and 1C-Bitrix, an info block with a product catalog and the catalog itself are not created, how to fix it?

I'm doing integration between the site on BUS and 1C UT
I'm doing it with the help of this course. BydyschThere doesn't seem to be anything tricky. Installed the exchange module on 1C. To begin with, I created a separate node for the exchange of goods. The goods were not unloaded the way I needed, just a list, without sections. I fixed the node on the 1C side, but there were no changes on the Bitrix side. I deleted the list of goods, it didn’t help, I deleted the 1s-Catalogue infoblock itself, also to no avail, just exactly NOTHING happens. 1C writes that the exchange was successful, and after deleting the infoblock, the 1C catalog infoblock itself is not created. I also tried to set the external source code in the infoblock settings, it does not help either. Moreover, I accompanied all these operations by deleting the node as a whole, and changing the created node, also to no avail. How to solve this problem?
